Lori Thorell
Co-Founder & CEO
Lori Thorell is a US Navy veteran and longtime technology leader who specializes in using technology to strengthen systems and improve support of vulnerable populations. She is the architect of SoulutionsTech™’s Human Journey Intelligence™ platform including Ai4Reentry™, Ai4Veterans™, and Ai4Resettle™. She has worked across the public sector for over three decades, including with the Kentucky State Government, the Pentagon, Veterans Benefits Administration, Los Alamos National Lab, and UNICEF’s East Asia and Pacific Regional Office in Bangkok.
Dr Janee Pannkuk
Co-Founder & Chief of Strategy and Operations
More than 35 years in corrections, including as Assistant Deputy Director for Reentry at the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services and Chair of the Nebraska Board of Parole. Author of the Reintegration Appraisal Instrument (RAI), the foundational self-assessment instrument that grounds the platform's reentry science.
